Allentown Art Museum is at 31 N. Fifth St. between Hamilton and Linden sts. Permanent exhibits include European painting and sculpture; pieces representing 300 years of American art; decorative arts; and Art Ways, an interactive gallery for families to explore together. Da Vinci Science Cente
Da Vinci Science Center, 3145 Hamilton Blvd. bypass, includes more than 200 interactive science exhibits designed to entertain and inspire. Hands-on exhibit areas explore such topics as energy, health, robotics and weather. A 40-foot dark tunnel, an ocean touch tank and a fossil dig also are featured. Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom
Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom, I-78 to exit 54, then n. on Hamilton St. (SR 222), following signs, includes two parks spread across 200 acres and offers nearly 100 attractions and thrill rides. Dorney Park features eight roller-coasters, including Hydra, a floorless coaster; the Talon, one of the Northeast's tallest inverted coasters; and the 200-foot-high Steel Force. Camp Snoopy, inspired by the “Peanuts” comic strip, features 2 acres of rides and attractions that parents and children can enjoy together. Wildwater Kingdom offers several waterslides, two tubing rivers and giant wave pools, an aquatic fun house and three children's water-play areas. Lost River Caverns and the Gilman Museum
Lost River Caverns and the Gilman Museum are .5 mi. e. of SR 412 at 726 Durham St. The limestone cavern contains five chambers of crystal formations. One chamber, the Crystal Chapel, is used for weddings and baptisms. The formations include stalagmites, stalactites, flowstone and dripstone. Displays include a tropical garden, museum of natural history, rocks, minerals, gems and antique weapons. A nature trail also is available. Call (610) 838-8767 for more information.

The Crayola Factory
The Crayola Factory, on the second floor of Two Rivers Landing, allows visitors to learn while having fun with interactive exhibits and crafts. While not a true production factory, narrated demonstrations show how markers and crayons are produced, labeled and packaged. A timeline traces colorful moments in Crayola history.
